Generally speaking,the main production process is divided into wax injection, shell making, casting and post-processing, and inspection.Following is the detail production process of presicion castings:wax injection-fix the wax-wax inspection-assemble wax-make a shell-dewaxing-roasting the moud-pouring-Vibration shell-Casting and casting rod cutting separation-Mill gate-initial check-impact cleaning-machining-polishing-product inspection-move to warehouse.

wax injection ,which means Using wax injector to produce wax mold
Fix the wax,which means modify the wax mould.
assembling tree,which means assemble the tree.
Shell making includes hanger, hanging pulp and drying.
Post-processing includes correction, shot blasting, sand blasting and pickling.
pouring castings includes roasting, chemical analysis, , pouring, shell, sprue cutting and grinding gate.
Post-processing includes sand blasting, shot blasting, revisions and pickling.
Inspection includes wax inspection, initial inspection, the inspection and finished product inspection.
