Spectrographic Analysis
Spectrometer is used to check chemical composition for both incoming metals material and casting parts. The determination of chemical elements by measurement of the wavelength and spectral line intensity produced by any one of several methods of excitation such as arc, flame, infrared and X-ray. Also known as spectrometry.
NDT & DT
We perform both Destructive Test (DT) for samples and Non-Destructive Test at sample and batch stages with Magnetic Particle Test and Radiographic Inspection {X-Ray}. Our inspectors can certify to your specification.
Mechanical Property Tests
Tensile Strength, Yielding Strength, Elongation and Impact Tests，Hardness can be carried out as per customers’ requests.
Dimension Machining
Final machining will be performed to obtain the dimensional precisions required by use of advanced various CNC machines.

Magnetic powder crack test is a kind of non-damage test for check crack test
carbon steel parts.
Pressure Test
Air pressure under the water: normally check machined valve part, pump part. According to customers request.
